Microsoft can now censor audio streams on the fly. Idiot 12 year olds on XBox Live with dirty mouths be warned: your days are numbered.

    This is great news. Ridiculous, immature gamers yelling ridiculous, immature things is the single biggest reason I hate playing games online.

    However, if it’s just a story about a patent, this might never actually show up in a consumer product. Something submitted for a patent doesn’t have to work, it just has to be unique. That’s why I can go out and patent some wacky alternative fuel based on Frosted Flakes, even though that’s completely ridiculous (or genius…).

    Wayne: You really need a Gravatar. The monster icons are created based on your IP address, which is why you have two and confuse the world. It’s like there are Two Waynes or something.
