I’m starting to think that geek art is pretty cool. Last year I found Helm’s Deep made out of gummy bears and today, while pulling up trusty NetNewsWire I see this over at Gizmodo:

Futurama

Apparently this guy, Pepa Quin, made the Futurama-themed Lego model for fun. Of course the original site is currently not responding, but Gizmodo has a nice collection of detailed pictures. Giz is pushing for an official Futurama Lego set, much like the very popular Star Wars sets, but this will probably have to do for now.

And for those of you who are true Futurama fans, I hope you caught Bender’s Big Score on Comedy Central last night and are looking forward to The Beast with a Billion Backs which will come out on DVD June 24th!
